Seeing that, Karina felt even more certain that her speculations were correct.

Zareth moved to her side and lifted Aethor. With a swift motion, he unleashed his purple–hued. lightning talent, striking it heavily into the chief’s shoulder blade.

The sound of several bones breaking rang out.
Letting out an agonized scream, Aethor collapsed onto the ground as if every bone in his body had shattered.
Karina’s eyes widened in surprise.
“Rina, you went too easy on him,” Zareth said, his heart aching as he glanced at Karina. He then turned his head, giving the chief an icy stare.
“As a chief, you plotted against your own people. Breaking your collarbone and stripping you of your talents is already letting you off easy.”
Karina was a beastwoman, and in the tribe, a beastwoman’s reputation was of great importance.
Since it wasn’t quite appropriate for Karina to handle these matters, he decided to take action on her behalf.
He would take on all the burdens and misfortunes.

The beasthumans began to engage in an animated discussion.
Upon returning from his hunting trip, Xelrik’s original intention was to seek out Avani.

Even though Zareth was also a Level–Two beastman, Zareth had advanced later than himself, so his strength was surely not on par with his own.

Xelrik was about to step forward when suddenly, his move was interrupted by Draven’s voice ringing out from the crowd.

Naturally, his power is even greater! You all seem to have forgotten that Avani is Xelrik’s mate. Seeing a crowd gathered in the distance, he pulled aside a beastman to ask about the situation. The moment he learned it involved Karina, his expression changed instantly.
In a rush, he hurried over, shoving his way through the crowd to reach Karina.
“Rina, did someone bully you? Who dares to mess with my Rina? I won’t let them off easily!”
Lorcan stormed in, seething with anger. As soon as he broke through the crowd, he looked. around, gathering earthly yellow energy to his fists.
Almost simultaneously, the ground beneath the crowd seemed to start trembling.
It was as if the earth itself had unleashed its fury.
Upon hearing these words, the corners of the beasthumans‘ mouths couldn’t help but twitch.
