LISSA: “If you think so, but I still don’t like this feeling.” “Come on, come with me.” I nod and follow him; he leads me outside. “Look around.” I walk around the grounds around the Pack house. Being outside helps calm me some. “I don’t see anything.” “That’s because everything got cleaned up from the battel. And there is nothing scary to see any more.” I nod at him. “Come.” He leads me to a different area. “Look around.” I do and I see some buildings that have burn marks on them. “What happened?” “The invaders tried to burn the place, but it got put out before it could really take hold. Again, nothing scary, all good. It’s the other stuff that have them on edge like I said.” “Where are they?” “What?” “The statues and ashes you talked about.” “Trever and I smashed as many as we could, and the ashes got taken into the woods and spread out there.” “Do you know who or what caused them?” “Uh hu, I do.” “Who was it?” “I can’t tell, I promised, I love you, but please don’t ask me to break that promise, I already broke one when I told you who Keska’s mate was. I can’t break this one.” “Ok. I just really need a hug.” He wrapped his arms around me. “I need you to promise me that you won’t turn out to be like Mimi and Jessie.” “I will try my hardest.” “I also don’t want you turning out like mom.” “What’s wrong with mom?” He makes a deep sigh. “I love mom, but she has a habit of not facing problems, like with Keska, and Jessie, if mom had been paying attention, do you think things would have gotten as bad as they did? I mean look what happened, Keska got stabbed, and it was Jessie’s fault, but Mom chose to turn a blind eye, I mean so did dad, but I don’t think it wouldn’t have gotten as bad if mom would have just paid a little more attention.” “Ok, I see what you mean. I will try, that is all I can do.” “That is all I ask. I don’t want to lose you to their arrogance and sense of self entitlement.” I nod my head at him. We head back to the Pack house and go inside. “Let’s have a game of whatever you want to play.” He says. I pick my favorite video game, and now that Jessie isn’t around, I can play it. He smiles and puts in the game, and we play head–to- head.
LIAM: I stayed and played whatever game took Lissa’s fancy until bedtime, just to help ease her. I was feeling it a bit myself, but smashing the statues earlier, it helped to take the edge off a bit, I think. Plus, with them gone, they weren’t staring the Pack members in the face.
DRAKE: With most of the Pack coming into the dining room for breakfast, I used the PA system to tell them to expect a Pack wide announcement at lunch, and that there would be a public execution, to follow lunch. I really don’t want to do this, but I can’t see a way around it. Not the execution, but the issue of the Kes being the one that caused the statues, and ashes. After the Pack hears the facts, I am hoping that they won’t turn on her. I am struggling on what to tell the Pack, the best thing to do is be transparent with everything. I am at fault for a lot of this mess, but I will also have to through Jessie at them, and they will not be happy that she didn’t get full punishment, I will tell them she was in the cells, which may help. We’ll just have to wait and see.
KESKA: After hearing Father’s announcement, I got nervous, the whole Pack was going to learn about Corla, I know Nana and I talked about it but, I am still nervous about it, what if they do turn on me, banish me from the Pack? This is the only home I’ve had, even though it hasn’t been the greatest, it’s still been home. But I guess if they do kick me out, we have a plan. I link Mackie. “Mackie, Nana said that if the Pack won’t except us, we will go to Papa Rickard’s people, she said that you and the guys can come with, let Dutch know, I will tell Trever.” “Will do, at least it will help that there is a plan in place, if it happens.” “Yes.” I close the link and look around for Trever, I spot him in line for seconds. I walk over and stand next to him when he got his food, and we head back to the table. “Trever, I believe, father is going to execute Kirk and Rodney for the part that they played in my stabbing.” I tell him. “Good, it’s about time something got done with them.” He says. I nod. “I just wonder what else he is going to be say.” I say to him. “I have a feeling that he is going to tell them about Corla, if they don’t except us, Nana says that we can go to Papa Rickard’s people. She says they can train me. I know that I do need to have it, so it won’t be so bad if the Pack doesn’t accept us. I just wanted you to know that there is a plan in place, so if the worst happens, I don’t want you tearing through the Pack.” I tell him. I watch as his eyes flash to Havoc’s. “Havoc, we will go to Papa’s people, and when my training is done, we will find somewhere else to go.” He huffs at me, and I kiss him. He nods his head, and gives control back to Trever. After he finishes eating, the four of us go find Liam and head to the range.
LILLY: The minute ! hear Drake make the announcement I get on the phone and call the elder of my mates people. “Emory, I am going to need your help, one of Rickard’s grandchildren is a hybrid, she is a very unique wolf, she is red. But more to the point, she phases, her bite kills, and she will need training, the training that she will only be able to get from you, and your people.” “Lilly nice to hear from you, straight to the point as always I see. But yes of course bring her, we would all like to meet Rickard’s grandchild, we like to meet all of his grandchildren, but we will take what we can get.” “Thank you Emory, I am not sure when we will be leaving, but I will keep you informed.” I hang up.

Your “punishment” was laughable. I hope the pack doesn’t turn against her but support her but she tells them she is going to go train more to help them even though she is gonna have her own pack one day

He needs to say that to his parents and the pack. They ALL saw how she was treated by them and said nothing about it
