Chapter 239
DRAKE: Corla stayed for about the next 30-40 minutes, while I continued to take down their names, and if there was anyone that we could contact for them. After Corla left, Mitchell came and sat down next to me to help process people through a little quicker, “It’s sad that the Pack won’t just except her.” Mitchell said at one point. “I know, but there is nothing that can be done, I can’t force them.” I say. After hearing that conversation, a lot of them said they would go with the red wolf, that they would follow the red wolf. Processing them took the rest of the day.
LILLY: I went in search of Keska, and when I couldn’t locate her I linked her. “Kes, dear I want you to start packing, we will leave in a couple days when you have turned in your notice to the restaurant, and to your Aikido master. Let the others know what the plan is so they can also be ready to go.” “Ok Nana I will let them know.” I close the link and go home to inform Stephen that we will be moving to Rickard’s People’s area up in Canada, and to start the packing process.
KESKA: I tell the guys what Nana said, and that I will need to start packing. “I am not going to tell you that you have to come with me.” I say to them. “But I am asking you to come with,” “Are you kidding me! hell no I’m not staying, my parents could care less about me anyway, I coming with you!” Mackie says. “Wherever you go princess I go.” Trevor says. “Where my girl goes I go.” Says Dutch. “Thank you. Then I guess we all need to start packing, and Trevor, Dutch you will have to let your parents, and the royal pack know where you are going to be.” I say to them. And they nod.

LIAM: I go to dad’s office, looking for him after the executions, but he wasn’t there. I go to mom’s office to see if I could find her. I knock on the door and wait. I hear her call out. “Come.” I walk in and close the door behind me. “Do you know where Kes will be going?” I asked her. “Yes Liam, she will be going to spend some time with Papa Rickard’s people, they will be able to help her control her powers.” “I want to go with her.” “Why?” “Because I want to be with her.” “Liam she will be getting trained, and then she will come home, it’s not like she will be gone forever.” “I don’t care; I want to go with her.” “You still have school, and your training.” “I can go to school wherever Kes goes, she still has school too.” “When your father is done with the refugees we will discuss this.” She tell me. “Fine, I will wait, but I’m not changing my mind.” I told her.
LILLY: I call a wolf–owned moving company to be on premises in two days, I figure that that should be enough time for all of us to be ready. I know the girls don’t really have much, their clothes, and their bedroom items, laptops, phones, the car, but not a whole house, so it shouldn’t be too bad.
KESKA: I call master Cho and let him know that both Mackie and I wouldn’t be in classes anymore, Then I grabbed Mackie and the guys, got the car and we headed to the restaurant to let them know that we needed to quit our positions, and that we were sorry for the short notice, but it was a family emergency. I know it wasn’t the truth, but to tell them the truth would expose us, and we can’t do that, so family emergency it is. When we got back we all started to get things packed up, the guys came to help, we first got Mackie’s room packed up, there wasn’t much left, because she had been staying with the guys in their suite. Then my room, I figured I would leave the beds, and just get a new one, the two twin beds wouldn’t fit both Trevor and I anyway.
BARRETT: When I got word about the war/battel not really sure it could be classified as a war, I sent a quarter of our whole force down to finish off Stone Claw. I also contacted Alpha Drake to see how things were there. I told him I was sending a couple of vehicles his way for Trevor and Dutch. And that I was going to finish Stone Claw. He told me that he had around 200 refugees, that Stone Claw had forced to fight, and that they turned themselves over for protection. He told me that some of them said Stone Claw were holding the families of some of them. I told him that we were going to finish Stone Claw, and when we were done, there would be no more Stone Claw. I made arrangements with him that once everything was secure we bring in the refugees to get their family and other Pack members if they were still there. He thanked me. I told my men to try to keep the casualties to a minimum, as Stone Claw had prisoners of the families from the Packs that they took over. I told our men that Stone Claw had attacked Blue Cresent without provocation, and that the youngest Prince and third born Gamma Dutch were present at the Pack when the attack took place, as they had both found their mates and stayed with them there for a while. Our men are both fierce and loyal, and when they heard the one of their princes‘ was put in danger because of Stone Claw all they wanted was to annihilate Stone Ciaw. I decided to send Marsh as well.

DRAKE: I got Barrett’s call just after dinner. Once I was done on the phone with him, I was hit with Liam’s request to go with Keska. I almost instantly refused him but with everything else that I had screwed up lately I have to consider it. Do I want to let him go? No, I do not, but I also don’t need him being pissed at me, and mopping and giving push back on everything I would tell him to do either. Not that he would do it every time but just enough to be annoying and push the boundaries. I know that he wouldn’t do it Lilly, so I think I will let him go with them, plus, he will be able to get to know who his grandfather was. The next morning, I told Liam he could go, but if he caused any trouble he was coming back immediately. I was back down at the barracks after that to talk with the refugees. “Some of you have stated that Stone Claw have your families as hostages, I need to know their names, and a physical description of everyone they are holding. The Royal Pack is going to be sending troops to take them out completely. I need to get this information to them so that we can save your families.” I tell them. So, it was another day spent with them, taking breaks just for meals, and getting the information I needed to pass on to Prince Barrett.
