Chapter 104
Pandora yawned when the alarm went off. She reached out and look at the display to see that it was seven before she clicked off the buzzer.
“Go back to sleep, love,” Benjamin whispered but she shook her head
“No, I want to make you a good breakfast before you leave for your first day back to work, she told him as she got out of bed, wishing the past eight weeks hadn’t gone so fast.
When she got to the kitchen, she started to cook bacon and pancakes. Not long after she began things, she heard Jack crying through the baby monitor. Pandora sighed and switched off the stove before going to get him.
“Good morning, Jack,” she grinned as she picked him up.
She set about changing his diaper before sitting down to feed him. She got him fed, settled back down, and and started to head for the kitchen. She barely made it to the door, when, Micheal started to fuss.
“Come on, my sweet little man,” she said, picking her up. Again, she changed a diaper and sat down to feed the baby. As he was nursing, Benjamin walked into the room.
“Love, I need to head out, Benjamin announced, smiling at them.
“Give me a few minutes to finish feeding Micheal and I’ll get your breakfast,” she said as she moved to get up.
“It’s okay. I made myself a piece of toast,” Benjamin replied, showing it to her before he took a bite. “Boys, be good for momma,” he continued.
He leaned in and kissed her head before walking out. She let out a breath as she continued feeding Micheal. She yawned when she placed him down, but decided she should just make herself something to eat and then started her day.
She made herself a light breakfast and then cleaned up the kitchen and started a load of laundry. Before she could do anything else, the boys woke up. She bathed them and got them dressed for the day Taking them to the living room, she placed them each in their bassinet. Then, she made her way to the bathroom to get herself cleaned up and dressed.
“Come on and fasten,” she huffed, trying hard to fasten her bra. She winced as her breasts felt the strain. “Well, that’s just lovely, I’m going to need to get some new nursing bras,” she mumbled, looking down at the girls spilling over the tops of her suddenly too- tight bra. From the living room, she heard the boys starting to whimper and she called out to them.
“Two minutes, darlings, just let momma get dressed,” she told them.
She quickly threw on some clothes and placed the dirty ones in the hamper. She moved to the living room and picked up the boys. She laid them on the baby mat, sat down next to them and started singing and talking to them. It seemed like no time had passed before she found herself changing them and feeding them again.
“How about I go pack a nice lunch for Daddy and Momma, and we go to visit him for lunch?” she asked the boys.
After making sure they were situated in their seats, she moved off to the kitchen to pack lunch. Once she had the lunch packed into the cooler bag that had a shoulder strap, she took it to the car and placed it in the front seat. Going back into the house, she made sure both boys were bundled correctly and grabbed the fully loaded diaper bag.
Affer loading the diaper bag, she opened the back doors of the car. She went back into the house and grabbed both seats, one in each hand. After safely setting one onto the back seat, she closed that door and moved to the other side.
It took her a few minutes to get the second seat in and buckled. Wiping her brow, she moved back to the other side and opened the
door to get the first seat buckled in correctly.

Chapter 104
“Well, boys, that took me a little longer than I thought it would, but your momma didn’t do too badly for her first time doing it alone. So, are we all ready? Ofay, here we go, she announced, letting out a breath.
She was a little nervous. This was her first time being out with them on her own. She arrived at the clinic and got them all unloaded and walked inside, only to be told that Benjamin was at the hospital.
After carrying the boys, diaper bag, and cooler bag out to the car and situating them, she headed over to the hospital.
She carried the boys into the hospital in their seats. She had got the diaper bag on one shoulder, the cooler bag on the other, and a seat in each hand. She made her way up to Benjamin’s floor, knowing even if he was not there, Emily would be able to track him down for her.
“There’s no visiting at this time; you’ll have to come back later,” a sharp voice said as she approached the nurses‘ desk.
“I’m not visiting anyone- I’m looking for Benjamin,” Pandora replied and she just huffed at her.
“Who?” she asked with her brow high, giving Pandora a look of disgust.
“Hey, Pandora,” Emily called as she walked to her. “Are you and the boys here to have lunch with Benjamin?” she asked.
“We are if I can find him,” Pandora replied. “This wasn’t planned, just a spur–of–the–moment kind of thing.”
Emily nodded. “I’m sure he’ll love to see you all–you are his wife–after all.” Emily turned, giving a smile to the nurse who was rude to Pandora. “I’ll page him and let him know you and the boys are here. Do you want to meet him in the cafeteria?”
Pandora nodded, thinking that sounded best, and Emily picked up the phone. “Thanks, Emily,” she whispered and Emily winked at
her.
When she got to the cafeteria, she sat at a table and placed both boys‘ car seats on the table facing her. She got them unbundled and smiled at their cute sleeping faces.
“This is a nice surprise,” Benjamin said as he kissed the side of her head. “I’ll get us lunch.”
“I brought us something to eat; just grab two drinks,” she told him.
