Two seconds later, a red exclamation mark appeared in front of his message.
“What’s going on?! Did you break up with Ivy? What did you say? Why has she blocked me too?!”
Adam had truly come to see me as a friend.
At this moment, he felt a bit resentful towards Lucas:
“You know Ivy has no family and not many friends. Couldn’t you have talked to her properly?!”
Wendy, who was not far away, saw that both of them looked upset and came over to ask:
“What happened?”
Lucas’s mind was in chaos.
From the moment he knew Wendy had returned from abroad, he knew this day would come.

Wendy felt extremely wronged. She didn’t understand why Lucas was reacting so strongly.
Lucas hurriedly left the banquet hall.
Just as he was about to get in his car, he was stopped by Rachel, who was getting some fresh air outside.
“Don’t bother looking. ivy’s already gone.”
Lucas didn’t know how things had developed to this point.
“What do you mean? Did you drive her away?”
His brain had stopped working. He didn’t care if his words would hurt anyone.
Fortunately, Rachel knew what her son was like and replied calmly:
“She’s our family’s benefactor. How could I drive her away? The person who made her make this decision wasn’t it you?”
Lucas had actually seen that before I sent that “let’s break up” message, I had sent au
