“Whose Queen is this?” he asked, intrigued. “May I?” He took his seat even before Gemini could approve of it.
They were a bit far from me, but not too far for my Lycan sense to depict what was going on. “Is anyone sitting here?” An Alpha who I recognised as the top rising Alpha asked, attempting to join Gemini and Israel.
“Move along!” Israel ordered. My jaw tightened as I watched the fool become possessive of my woman. Every instinct told me to intervene, but 1 waited—just a little longer.

And then it happened–Israel leaned in and fastened the diamond wristwear around her wrist, his fingers brushing against her skin as he lingered just a moment too long. The flirting was getting out of hand, and I couldn’t just stand here any longer.
“Excuse me,” I said abruptly, brushing past Mercury and making my way toward her. She stood to her feet as I approached, attempting to walk away. But I held her back, sliding my lands around her waist as I pulled her close. The gasps from onlookers echoed in the air, but I didn’t care. I leaned in capturing her lips in a firm kiss.
“Whoa,” someone whispered nearby, but I was lost in the moment, feeling her warmth against me. Her stiffened body slowly began to relax under my touch, but I just had to break it at that point.
“Come with me!” I said, totally ignoring Israel’s presence as I pulled her outside with me.
