When Theodore, Collin and Vanessa. rushed to the police station, they found that Xavier had already managed to settle the matter privately with the other party. He emerged from the cell, his face marred with scratches and bloodstains, and as soon as he saw them, he held Vanessa in his tight grip, scaring her.
“You must come to the hospital tomorrow to clear this misunderstanding. I want my wife back!”
“Xavier..Mia is, Mia is dead.” Without any warning Xavier bared his teeth at his childhood sweetheart as his claws. embedded in arm, he look like he was going to rip her to shreds.
“Contrary to what anyone says, I know Mia is alive! So shut up and follow me tomorrow, you must get on your knees and beg my wife for forgiveness or I will not let you have an easy life!”

“Xavier! Stop it you are scaring her.” Collin pushed away Xavier.
“Do not forget.” he warned Vanessa glaring at her for the last time before turning around and leaving in rage.
“Should I follow him? If I will console him, he will quickly recover-” Vanessa teared up only for Theodore to hold her back.
“I don’t think he wants to be near you.” the tears ceased as Vanessa looked up at Collin, her eyes filled with hidden anger.
Xavier did not return to the packhouse that day, worrying his so–called friends who rushed as soon as they were informed of
his location at the bar.
‘Xavier you know what kind of place that is! Rogues use that bar to do all kinds of shady business. Promise me that you will never go there again.’ My words of warning echoed in Xavier’s ears as he laughed hysterically, throwing his head back.

preventing me from seeing you! I can do whatever the hell I want!” he roared with tears tainting the corner of his eyes as he stumbled inside the bar heavily drunk.
“If you are so concerned for me Mia then come here to stop me damnit!”
“Xavier, why are you fretting over this matter so much? Once Mia gets better, you can apologize and bring her back-” Theodore’s next words were swallowed
back when he saw his Alpha looking at him. with raged, bloodshot eyes.
“Yes, Xavier, drowning yourself in alcohol would not solve your problems. We understand that we committed a mistake but nothing is lost yet. Even though Mia is the princess but you only treated her as your wife, I see nothing wrong with that-”
Collin could not sense the dangerous atmosphere and as soon as those words left. his lips, Xavier kicked him with so much force that it sent him flying across the bar.

Theodore rushed, punching his best friend, the hard blow made Xavier bare hist teeth before kicking him away.
“To bring Mia back, the first thing I need to do is to get rid of pests like you. Aren’t you already declared a rogue by my grandmother? Get out of my pack this instant with your fucking mate and child and if you dare step a foot inside my Jade moon pack I will kill you!”
