“She forced a dual sigil fusion–her spirit’s fracturing!”
“Caelum–he’s reversing his energy! He’s trying to save her!”
“Gods… is that a spiritual form?!”
When I opened my eyes again, I stood in a place I didn’t recognize.
Silver–blue oceans of spirit light beneath my feet. Starfields above. And in the distance, a flickering silhouette appeared.
A silver–haired boy, six–maybe seven. Barefoot. Eyes solemn and hauntingly familiar.
He… was Caelum.

“You’re… so grown?” I murmured.
He said nothing. Just walked up to me, gently touched my forehead, and whispered:
“I can’t stay long.”
“I’m only a shadow of your future memory. Just a projection at the edge of the spirit realm.”
“You’ve awakened me… and now, I’ve awakened to what’s coming.”
My voice trembled. “What’s coming?”
He met my gaze, voice calm:
“Seven years from now, the Nightshade Order will launch the second Blood Moon
Reversal. And I won’t be the target…”

“You are a Dual–Moon Inheritor,” he said. “But you also carry the Eclipse Sigil.”
“In the future, your energy will spiral out of control.”
“And I… will be the only one who can stop you.”
“So-”
“You must survive.”
Before I could respond, the dream world began to collapse.

His figure blurred. He reached for me, whispering:
“They’re coming, Mom.”
“Wake up.”
I gasped awake, coughing and choking.

Rima held me down, her face pale. “Don’t move! Your spirit core is cracked–you’re still unstable!”
Behind her, Riven leaned against the wall, bloodied and glaring. Talon stood near the door, blade drawn, eyes like ice.
“What… happened?” I croaked.
Rima swallowed. “The Moon Temple… was attacked.”

“By who?”
“Eira,” she said grimly. “She’s alive.”
“The Nightshade Order reactivated her psychic core. She’s… something we’ve never seen.”
“She led their remnants into the sanctuary. The Moon Goddess’s statue–destroyed. Three Elders–dead.”
My blood ran cold. “And Lunara?”
“She vanished. Left behind a single moon mark.”
“She… might not return.”

I sat up, dizzy. “The Nightshade–are they still inside?”
“They retreated. But-” she hesitated, “there’s something else.”
“There’s a residual imprint inside you.”
My hands trembled. “What?”

My stomach twisted.
Riven suddenly rushed forward and held me tightly.
“She can’t take more damage!”
Talon stepped in, firm. “She needs wards, not your panic.”

“I’ll say it twice.”
“You don’t know her!”
“I don’t have to. I protect her.”
“She’s not a mission. She’s the woman I
love!”
“Enough!” I screamed.
Both froze.
“If you care about me–handle the threats.”
“Don’t make me break up a fight while half–dead.”
They stepped back, reluctantly.

I nodded.

“Do you know what you touched?” she asked softly.
I shook my head.
