Xavier in his wedding suit rushed to my office hoping to meet me there, his hurried footsteps turned heads of the staff present making them stiffen.

“She was already discharged from the hospital. Give me her address, I will go meet her now.”

Vanessa sat at the defendant’s side, her face ghostly pale with fearful eyes darting
around, searching for support but finding only cold stares.
The trial was a secret from the ordinary pack members and only the elders from both packs, Xavier’s family, and James were involved. The people present in the court gasped when Elder Matthew, who had long gone into seclusion from the ordinary world arrived.
When he saw Vanessa, his eyes flicker furiously as he called her
out.
“You wicked woman by killing the child of the princess you have brought calamity on the entire Werewolf word. There can be know redemption for you now. As per the laws of the werewolves, you are hereby declared a rogue and banished from all the territories of werewolves.”
Vanessa gasped, her world crumbling.

“No please, forgive me, elder!”

As she clutched at his arm, Xavier yanked it free with a snarl.
