corner.
“Go fetch that Steinway grand piano she’s always been longing for. She adores that particular tone.”
Then, his eyes landed on the common beverages on the table, a flicker of dissatisfaction crossing his gaze.

He swept his eyes around the room and pointed at the empty wall.

“Over there, in that open space, arrange her favorite blue irises. No pink ones. She’s never been fond of pink.”
“And the gifts, display all the ones I’ve carefully selected. Fill that shelf with them so she’ll be greeted with a pleasant surprise the moment she opens her eyes.”
The waiters and the event – planning team were kept scurrying around by his instructions.
Alpha Frank then reached into his coat and pulled out an exquisite box.
Slowly, he opened it, and a dazzling diamond ring came into view.

The diamond was a large, brilliant stone, carefully cut to maximize its sparkle.
He raised his eyes and asked those around him, “Do you think she’ll like this gift?”
Someone leaned in for a closer look and immediately let out an astonished cry.
“Holy cow! Isn’t this the work of that top -notch diamond master? It’s said that he poured his heart and soul into its creation. It was sold at an auction to a mysterious buyer for an astronomical price! Alpha Frank, are you really going to give this to Yulia? This is an insanely extravagant gift!”
Alpha Frank carefully put the box away. His eyes scanned every nook and cranny of the banquet hall, as if double–checking that everything was absolutely perfect.

Soon, the guests started arriving one after another.
Most of them were prominent figures in various packs.
Upon seeing Alpha Frank, they all approached him with smiles, eager to greet him. “Alpha Frank, what an honor to be here at this grand event!” one of them exclaimed, while another chimed in, “Your preparations are truly remarkable. We’re all looking forward to the ceremony.”
Alpha Frank nodded curtly in response, his mind clearly preoccupied with thoughts of Yulia’s arrival.
“Alpha Frank, throwing such a grand engagement ceremony for your girlfriend, you really are going all out!” one of the guests exclaimed.

Alpha Frank smiled faintl. “I will marry her soon.”
Rosy, standing to the side. Her facial expression grew increasingly complex.
“There’s something off. I have to do something,” Rosy murmured.
Finally, the banquet officially commenced. The lights were dazzling, and the music was melodious.
However, Yulia was nowhere to be seen.
Alpha Frank stood in the center of the banquet hall, his gaze flitting towards the entrance from time to time.
He took out his phone, about to make a call to inquire.
