He said nothing in response to that but I could read every damn thing his body said. I got on the bike, spreading my legs as I shifted closer. My arms made their way around him and the rumbling of his hike made my lips part.
“Don’t be scared. I got you.”
That was all he needed to say to get me comfortable as the wind whizzed. Right there. I thought about how boring my life has been with no hint of fun and shit—I decided to loosen up and just enjoy this ride..

“You’ll see, he answered shortly after and I figured he heard me or maybe he made sense of what I said..
Withou any more questions, he kept going and boom, he blinkered off onto the next exit. He pulled into a park and took off his helmet. “We’re

I swallowed hard and just decided to see how this goes. This unplanned uhdase? Well, this unplanned outing did look promising but I just couldn’t wave off the main thing off my mind. I reached for my bag and pulled out a book and a pen. The moment Dante saw it, he frowned, “Really?”
I sighed. “I honestly wish I could just focus on this outing but my mind is all over the place.”
I get it,” he answered and gave a nod. “Really Nor, I get it. At that same moment, he pulled on his iPad and scrolled through it to get at something.
“Here, this is what she looks like.”
The photograph of a young woman possibly in her early thirties looked right back at me. Her brown tousled hair and her emerald green eyes seemed to be her most noticeable features.
“Married Lasked, taking the iPad.
