After our little disagreement, I tried staying angry at Damon. I thought maybe if he thought I was mad, he would give and let me do what I wanted but knowing Damon, I knew that was never going to be an option and I couldn’t stay mad at him for long because I was a simp for that man so I turned my anger on Delilah.
“How was I supposed to tell you if Damon said I shouldn’t? You have to understand,” She said as she followed behind me.
“You’re my best friend, Delilah. This affects all of us so I see no reason why I’m being kept in the dark” I said to her without turning back and she let out a sigh.
“I don’t know why you’re mad at me. Damon was the one who gave the order” She muttered under her breath but I clearly heard her.

“Well you know how difficult Damon can be. Of course he wouldn’t want me to know but I expected you to tell me” I told
“Okay I’m sorry, stop being mad at me” She murmured as she wrapped her arms around me and I sighed. There was no use being angry anyways.
“What are we going to do to help Damon?” I questioned as I turned to her.
“This is why Damon didn’t want to tell you, he doesn’t want you getting involved and hurting yourself” She told me and I frowned.
“Well I am involved because not only does this affect Damon but all of us as well. I have quiet for a while.

“Luca told me you said you wanted to talk to your uncle? What if he kidnaps you again. Damon was a mess during that period and I don’t trust that your uncle” She voiced.
“I don’t trust him either but what I do know is he wouldn’t hurt me. Not even because of the fact that I’m his niece but because he holds so much guilt in him for what happened to my parents. He wouldn’t want to repeat the same mistake twice” I explained to her and she sighed.
“I don’t know Clara…”
“I’m not asking any of you to be involved. If you’re worried Damon is going to find out you helped me, then…”
“Are you serious? I’m not worried about that. I’m worried about you and your unborn child. You cannot get hurt, Clara. Damon will lose his senses and that’s even worse than any war that’s about to take place” She told me and I nodded.
“I understand and I’m going to be extra careful. I just need to talk to him. We’ll talk in a public space where he can’t do anything” I said and she scoffed.
“He kidnapped you in a public bus, Clara. I don’t think it’s a good idea…”
“What other ideas are there? My uncle and his people need to back down so we can settle our attention on that… monster”
I said as a shiver ran down my spine as I remembered what Sebastian has turned into.
That wasn’t normal, he must have done something to himself.
“Clara…”
“I can help you” We turned around at the sound of the voice and my eyes widened when I saw Dimitri.

“You’re already on thin ice with Damon, Dimitri. This time, Damon wouldn’t just throw you in jail” Delilah uttered and he rolled his eyes.
“He asked me to stay away from her so I’m already risking my life here but if she wants to help then she should be given the opportunity. I heard that you encountered Sebastian?” He questioned as he turned to me and I nodded.
“Can you explain what he looked like please?” He questioned and I slowly nodded.
“He had a wolf face and he was standing on two feet. Damon said Sebastian was the Lycan King but I never heard of Lycans ever having horns and scales. He looked like a devil” I explained and I immediately saw the horror in Dimitri’s eyes.
“We are doomed. I never thought he’d be able to achieve it. If I had known, I would have killed him earlier” Dimitri muttered as he ran his fingers through his hair, alarming me.
“Is something wrong? Who is is?” I questioned as I grabbed onto Dimitri’s shoulder.
“Sebastian is in fact the Lycan King but he performed a ritual to make him immortal and more powerful. I was told the ritual would kill him so I never bothered to stop him but now that you have said this…” He trailed off and in horror.
That monster was immortal? How were they supposed to defeat him?
“I need to speak with Damon, he needs to know this” Dimitri uttered.
“Know what?” We turned to the voice and I frowned when I was Damon, behind him was Luca.
my eyes widened
“I thought I told you to stay away from my wife?” Damon questioned as he grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him while he glared at Dimitri.
“That’s not the most important thing now, Damon. He said Sebastian is an immortal. That explains why he has horns and scales” I told him and he furrowed his eyebrows.
“What?” Damon questioned.
“While I was away, not only did I keep my eyes on the humans but I kept them on the Lycans as well because I knew they were your strongest Enemies. I had been told that Sebastian was undergoing a ritual to make himself and Immortal but that the ritual would kill him because no one has ever succeeded so I never bothered to stop him” Dimitri explained as I stared up at Damon to see if he was as horrified or scared but he just had a blank expression on his face.
“That explains why he has been going around killing various species and beings. He was using their DNA to complete his damned ritual” Luca pointed out and by the look on Damon’s face, that was thinking he was thinking as well.
“Luca, get the car ready” Damon ordered and I frowned at his words.
“Where are you going?” I questioned as he slowly pulled away from me.
“I’m going to see this immortal with my own bloody eyes“…
