Elizabeth was having breakfast on her way to the hospital. The gossip about her and Joseph had vanished from the news. Someone must’ve cleaned it up. Passing the emergency room, she saw Alexander.
At the office door, she noticed many colleagues standing around. They seemed to be waiting for something.
