Natalia couldn’t stand Elizabeth because Elizabeth didn’t take crap from anyone.“What did I do? Seriously, tell me. Was it something embarrassing? And what’s the big deal about being divorced? Are divorced women supposed to be invisible or something? Do they not deserve respect?” She slammed her hand on the table, eyes blazing.
Who wanted to be divorced if the marriage was all sunshine and rainbows?
Elizabeth thinks women who ditch crappy marriages are total badasses and deserve a standing ovation.

Elizabeth never felt like divorce made her any less. In fact, she felt more awesome after it!
She went from just being Alexander’s wife to being Celine’s granddaughter and Rose and Declan’s daughter. Isn’t that enough?
Does she really need to be someone’s wife or mom to be considered valuable?
“I didn’t say anything. Why are you so worked up?” Natalia smirked. “Besides, I think dumping Alexander was the best move. That guy’s trash!”
She loved pushing Elizabeth’s buttons, especially when Alexander came up.
She still remembered warning Elizabeth not to marry Alexander, saying she’d regret it.
But Elizabeth didn’t listen.
And now, look, Elizabeth ended up divorced, didn’t she?
“Am I worked up? I just think your views are super narrow and mean. How could someone as awesome as Charles raise a daughter like you?” Elizabeth laughed. “Oh, wait, you’re not even his biological daughter.”
The room went dead silent.
Natalia clenched her fist and finally snapped, “Elizabeth! Don’t push it. You always use that to put me down!”
“If you keep being rude, I promise I won’t just stop at that,” Elizabeth shot back, annoyed.
Charles was only thirty–seven, so how could he have a daughter in her twenties?
Charles met Natalia on a snowy day while filming at twenty, and she was this adorable five–year–old who called him “Daddy‘ nonstop. Charles decided to bring her into the Percy family.
Even though she was adopted, Charles treated Natalia like gold.
The Percy family knew Natalia’s attitude problem.
So whenever Elizabeth called her out, the Percy family stayed quiet, specially Charles,
Charles actually wanted Elizabeth to put Natalia in her place more en.
Because Natalia was spoiled, and her attitude got her into trouble.

“Dad, she said it again. Are you gonna do something about it?” Natalia fumed, face red, chest heaving.
Isn’t Elizabeth right? And why are you always picking fights with her?” Charles didn’t hold back, calling Natalia out.
Natalia frowned, feeling super annoyed.
If Charles didn’t back her up, no one else in the family would.
Natalia thought, ‘Of course, Elizabeth, being a blood relative of the Percy family, was the real treasure.‘
