JANICA: “Well that was interesting.” I say to James after he shifted back, and we headed back upstairs. “Yeah it was, but I wasn’t going to get involved, especially if he is her mate. I just hope she can handle being dominated, instead of dominating, like she usually dose. I got a feeling that he isn’t going to take too much of her bullshit.” “It will serve her right, payback and all.” “But unfortunately, she won’t see it that way, because she still doesn’t think she’s done anything wrong.” “Well either way, that will be something that will get talked about for a long time to come.” I say as I just nod my head. And head into James’s room with him.
LEXI: “Wow what a way to introduce yourself to your mate.” I say to Wyatt. He just shakes his head. “That wasn’t an introduction, that! was a show of dominance, and Jessie better understand that she doesn’t get to get her way with him like she does around here.” He says. I nod my head, and we go into the Gamma suite.
BARRETT: “That was quite a show.” I said as we all headed back to our rooms. “That was crazy.” Alisha said. “It serves Jessie right.” Rachel says, “How so?” Trent asked. “Because she is always trying to dominate everything and everybody, so now it’s her turn to be dominated, and I hope she learns from it.” “I doubt that will happen, from everything that I have heard about her, she is never at fault it’s always someone else’s.” “Well then I guess she will end up learning the hard way, He seems to be a very dominate wolf, and I don’t think he will let her get away with trying to blame others for what she does, not to mention that’s embarrassing.” Rachel says. We all just chuckle, “Just wait till Trever hears what he missed.” I say. And they laugh even more.

MACKIE: The alarm goes off at 11:30 and Trever, Dutch, and I get up and wait till we hear others moving about, it’s 5 minuteto midnight. We all head out and downstairs, we find a place to stand out of the way, to be there for the shift. I see James shift into this big bluish grey wolf, I have never seen a wolf that color before, I wonder if it has something to do with their Papa. He is almost as big as the Alpha in wolf form, then I look at Jessie’s wolf, she is all grey except for white paws and black at the tips of her ears, she is a pretty wolf, to bad her attitude doesn’t match. Once James calls the for the run to start, I look around and spot Liam, he has a backpack on his shoulder, and he is starting to make his way towards the back of the crowd. I get the guys attention and point to him. They nod and we all head in his direction. “Hey.” I whisper behind him, and he jumps. “Don’t do that!” he whispers back to me, and I chuckle at him.
TREVER: The four of us make our way to the tree line, once inside Dutch and I strip and shift, Mackie packs our clothes in Liam’s backpack with whatever he has in there and I pick up Liam and Dutch picks up Mackie and we make our way to the cabin. I can’t wait, I miss my mate, I hope that Jessie’s mate claims her soon, so that Kes can come back to the Pack house and things can get back to normal for her. Plus, I want to talk to Lilly about her mate, and just what he was, and what he could do.
CAMRON: Now that all the talks around the war and Stone claw are settled I can get back to some other business, I need to get with alpha Josh and see if his people got those samples, and if they have had time to test them. I send him a quick text asking him to meet with me after breakfast, so we can discuss the samples. I get a text back answering in the affirmative. “I have another meeting after breakfast with Alpha Josh. You’re welcome to come if you wish.” I tell my mate. “I would, the more I know about the businesses you have the better I will be able to assist you.” “Thank you love.” I say as I kiss the top of her head.
KESKA: It’s about 7:30 in the morning, when I wake up in Trever’s arms again, I could really get used to this, I probably won’t be able to sleep alone after this ball is over, and he will have to go back to the Royal Pack. He again has me snuggled up tight to him so I can’t get out without waking him up. “Hey, did you have a good time last night?” “Mmm. Shh, Sleep.” I linked him. I just shake my head at him. I lay quiet in his arms for another half hour, but then I really needed to use the bathroom. “Trever, I need to get up.” I whisper to him. He loosened his arms just enough so that I could shimmy out, I went to the bathroom did my business, washed my hands, and headed to the kitchen to start getting breakfast, I know that they will need to put in an appearance before breakfast is done. Especially Liam. Mackie joins me in the kitchen. “So how did last night go?” I asked her. “Went well, I was really kinda glad that Jessie was finally feeling some kind of pain.” “Mackie!” “What! It’s true, with everything she has gotten away with, the pain of her first shift was a great feeling of pay back.” “Did her mate claim her?” “Don’t know, he/she didn’t before the run, who ever they may be might have after the run, but we left, so don’t know.” “Oh well. I will just send James a text and wish him a happy birthday.” “Hey, what do you make of Seth? That was pretty weird yesterday.” “Probably feeling sorry for himself, because it was Jessie’s birthday, and he couldn’t be with her.” “Serves him right.” I just nod. I heat up some ham and make up some scrambled eggs and Pan-fried potatoes, for their breakfast. The guys finally get up smelling the food and come into the kitchen area to eat. “Hey, did Mackie tell you she won the darts tournament?” Liam asked, “No she didn’t.” I turn to her. “Congratulations.” “Thanks.” “I hope that father and James keep their word and Jessie leaves tomorrow, that is if her mate claimed her. I want to come back, I miss being on the obstacle course, and I miss target practice. I miss Nana.” I say as my eyes mist over. Trever just comes and puts his arms around me. I hold him back. “Oh, umm Mackie? Don’t hate me but I need more help with the computer, for the design on the cabin.” She just shakes her head at me but goes and gets the laptop and we work on the design for a short bit, but then I tell them they have to get going.
