Chapter 13
Third–person POV
Before Alpha Franklin could speak, Alpha Roderick continued in a cold voice:
“Alpha Franklin, Sirena doesn’t want you anymore. She doesn’t love you at all. Anyway, you like Claire more. Sirena doesn’t need your pity–like feelings. You don’t deserve her kindness to you!
The person you don’t cherish, I cherish. I hold her dear. Isn’t Claire enough for you? Sirena has let go of you. What’s the point of you still pestering her?”
At these words, Alpha Franklin fell silent.
Sirena had been very kind to him and loved

him deeply. but she isn’t his fate mate.
He was extremely clear about this.
Now that she had married someone else, stopped pestering him, and would no longer appear by his side, and didn’t even need him to atone for his mistakes, what else was he not satisfied with?
He didn’t know.
He only knew that he couldn’t let go of Sirena, or he would regret it for the rest of his life.
This was what Alpha Franklin thought, and he said it out loud.
But Alpha Roderick didn’t want to entangle with Alpha Franklin in these meaningless topics anymore.

“Sirena has let go. If you still don’t let her go, don’t blame me for destroying the blue moon pack. I suggest you stop interfering in our lives.“‘
As he spoke, Alpha Roderick was about to hang up the phone.
At this moment, Alpha Franklin could clearly hear Sirena calling Alpha Roderick on the other end of the phone.
“Roderick! Didn’t you say you were going to cook for me? I’m so hungry..”
Sirena used to be coquettish and vulnerable only in front of him. Later, in order to help him conclude more business deals, she learned to be calm and steady, and gradually she rarely relied on him in such a coquettish
way.

Alpha Franklin was momentarily in a dazeze.
He couldn’t even remember the last time shehe had been so coquettish and dependent on n him.
If Sirena could hear his thoughts at this moment, she would definitely tell him that she stopped being coquettish and dependent on him just because he had disappointed her too many times and she couldn’t rely on him.
He might abandon her at any time because of Claire’s appearance.
So Sirena didn’t want to and didn’t dare to rely on him.
Alpha Franklin didn’t know this. He only felt that there seemed to be countless needles

pricking his heart, causing a fine–grained pain.
Why did it hurt so much to hear Sirena relying on Alpha Roderick?
Sirena didn’t need him to be responsible anymore. He should be happy.
In the future, when Claire had his pup, the three of them would eventually be bound together. Maybe Claire would agree to marry him,
and they would be very happy.
This happiness wouldn’t include Sirena.
This was what Alpha Franklin had once dreamed of.
But now, there was an indescribable

discomfort in his heart.
Alpha Franklin tried hard to stop thinking about Sirena and lay down on the bed to rest.
However, he didn’t feel sleepy at all throughout the night.
The entire villa was terrifyingly quiet.
In these past few days, when he was with Claire, his diet had been extremely irregular.
In the middle of the night, the acid in his stomach kept churning. His stomach was in such severe pain that he curled up into a ball.
His face turned pale in waves, and his whole body was almost soaked in cold sweat.

“Sirena, stomach medicine… I need stomach medicine…”
Alpha Franklin gritted his teeth and subconsciously called Sirena’s name feebly.
However, the only response he got was the quiet air.
He had forgotten that Sirena had already left. and married Alpha Roderick.
The continuous pain that hit him again and again almost drove him crazy.
After an unknown amount of time, Alpha Franklin managed to prop himself up, got out of bed unsteadily, opened the drawer, and rummaged through it for stomach medicine.
“Why isn’t there any? Sirena used to put the stomach medicine here..”

He belatedly remembered that Sirena had left.
Alpha Franklin stumbled out of the room. The butler saw him like this, quickly
supported him, gave him stomach medicine, and earnestly advised:
“Alpha, no matter how busy you are with work, don’t forget to eat on time. You have a weak stomach and need to pay attention all the time…”
“Alpha, are you feeling better? Is there anything you want to eat? I’ll ask Winona to cook it now”
After taking the stomach medicine, Alpha Franklin’s face gradually regained some color.

“I want chicken Porridge.” He blurted out subconsciously.
That rich, sweet taste seemed to be deeply engraved in his mind.
