Alpha Franklin kept his eyes tightly closed, as if he hadn’t heard.
However, his tightly pursed thin lips revealed his thoughts.
After a long time, he slowly opened his eyes, his tone resolute:
“I won’t give up. Sirena loved me for so long. As long as I persist, one day she will see my feelings, and maybe she will change her mind.”
Seeing his persistence, Beta Zach didn’t try to persuade him anymore. He knew that even if he did, Alpha Franklin wouldn’t listen.
