I flinched once her voice hit my eardrums, her eyes were frantic as she stared. She started thrashing on the bed. The IV lines were tagged in her struggle but she didn’t seem to feel the pain.

I screwed my eyes shut in pain. Earlier, I was more than happy to make her afraid of me but right now, it didn’t feel good she she was. I was scaring my mate and the sad part in that, it doesn’t make me feel fulfilled
