Sophie didn’t have dinner, and she went to the parking lot, but because the restaurant was fully reserved tonight, the restaurant’s huge parking lot was empty.
Just as Sophie put her hand on the car door to open it in order to drive out, she heard a thin, buzzy sound behind her.
Through the window of the car, she saw a man behind her. He was coming towards her with something in his hand. He seemed to be coming to attack her.
Just as the man was about to reach Sophie, she dodged him with lightning speed; she grabbed his wrist and pulled him hard. The man immediately bumped into the car, and the thing in his hand was exposed. An electric prod!
Fortunately, in the past few years, Sophie has learned many self defence techniques.
Before Sophie could speak, she realised that something was wrong.
When she turned around, she found a group of men surrounding her.
All around her were tall, well–built men like bodyguards, and the person in the middle, whom she had only met last night, was Mr Jordan.
Mr Jordan’s hand was in a cast and hung around his neck, and his forehead was wrapped in gauze. He looked very funny.
“Mr Jordan, what are you doing here?” Sophie knew that if she decided to run now, she had no chance of winning
Yesterday, Mr Jordan was unprepared, and she could attack him without retaliation.
Now, the bodyguards around Robert were not vegetables. They were prepared, and Robert was protected tightly by them. She could not touch him at all. The trick of catching the thief and the king will not work.
“Sophie, I let you run away yesterday, but you can’t run away today!” Mr Jordan spewed out threatening words.
No woman had ever dared to treat him like this. After receiving the hint from Matilda, he quickly arranged everything and ensured that no one dared to enter the parking lot.
He wanted to take Sophie away, tie her up, and do whatever he wanted with her!
Initially, he didn’t want to use a violent method, so he asked someone to use an electric prod to knock her out, drug her, tie her, and take her away immediately.

“Wait!” Sophie knew that she couldn’t be aggressive. She was no match for these people.
“Mr Jordan. last night was all a misunderstanding. I regret it very much and have deeply realised my mistake.” Sophie changed her expression to a pitiful one.
