darker. Her jealousy toward Sabrina, her bitterness toward the world, and her failed attempts to regain control all collided in a storm of emotions. She barely noticed. when two strangers approached her in the shadows, their faces hidden beneath the hoods of their jackets.
Before she could react, they grabbed her, forcing her into an alley. The attack was swift her bag was ripped from her, and her phone was snatched away before she even had a chance to fight back. The strangers left as quickly as they had come, disappearing into the night. Savvy stood there, stunned, the weight of the loss settling in.
Her heart pounded in her chest as she
stumbled back to the hotel. The
humiliation of being robbed added to her already mounting despair. She felt utterly alone. There was no one left who would
help her now.
When Nicolas and Harvey arrived at the

hotel later that evening, they found Savvy collapsed in the lobby, her face pale and her clothes torn. She had fainted from the shock of the robbery, but the sight of her vulnerable state only deepened the mystery of her motives. As they carefully helped her to her feet, both men exchanged wary glances. There was something off about the entire situation, something they couldn’t yet put their fingers on.
Harvey knelt beside her, gently checking for any signs of injury, while Nicolas reached for her phone, hoping to find some clue as to what had really been going on. As he unlocked the device, a series of messages came into view–messages
between Savvy and various unknown
contacts. The tone of the conversations was
unmistakable: Savvy had been
orchestrating much more than just her strained relationship with Sabrina. It was clear now that her manipulation extended far deeper than they had imagined.

The first message that caught Nicolas‘ s attention was one from an unknown number: “The plan is working. Sabrina is pushing them away. We’ll have her right where we want her soon.”
His heart sank as he scrolled through more messages, piecing together the extent of Savvy s scheming. She had been working behind the scenes to manipulate both Nicolas and Harvey, playing on their emotions and using them to control Sabrina’s life. But it didn’t stop there- Savvy had also been involved in something far darker, something more sinister. Her connection to Sabrina’s father’s tragic death was beginning to take shape.
As the pieces clicked together, Nicolas‘ s mind raced. Savvy had planted seeds of doubt in their minds for years, using their insecurities to tear apart the fragile relationship Sabrina had with them. But it wasn’t just emotional manipulation. She had been involved in more than that. There were whispers of financial schemes,

secrets about Sabrina’s father s business, and even the possibility that she had played a role in his untimely death. It was clear now that Savvy had orchestrated everything to her advantage, using every opportunity to drive a wedge between Sabrina and those who cared about her.
Harvey looked over Nicolas‘ s shoulder as he read the messages, his expression grim.
“We were all pawns in her game,” Harvey muttered. “She knew exactly how to manipulate us, how to get us to doubt Sabrina‘ s decisions.”
Nicolas nodded, his mind still reeling.
“And she’s been manipulating Sabrina, too. All of this–it’s all been part of her plan.”
The weight of the realization was crushing. They had been so caught up in their own feelings and misunderstandings that they had failed to see the bigger picture. Savvy had used them both to get closer to Sabrina, to undermine her confidence, and

to keep her under her control.
But now that they knew the truth, they couldn’t allow Savvy to continue her web of lies. They had to protect Sabrina from the damage Savvy had already done.
At that moment, they decided it was time to confront Savvy directly. They couldn’t allow her to continue using them as pawns. She had caused enough pain, and it was time to put an end to her manipulations. once and for all.
They sat down in the hotel room, waiting for Savvy to regain consciousness. The minutes stretched on in silence as they reflected on everything they had learned. It was clear now that they had been blinded by their own feelings for too long, and it was time to focus on what truly mattered: Sabrina’s well–being.
When Savvy finally woke, her eyes were bloodshot and her face pale. She groggily looked around, as if trying to piece together what had happened. But when her

eyes met Nicolas s, the fear in her gaze was unmistakable.
“You’ve been caught, Savvy,” Nicolas said quietly, his voice low and firm. “We know what you ve been doing. We know everything.”
Savvy stiffened, her lips trembling as she struggled to maintain her composure. “I- I don’t know what you‘ re talking about,” she said, but there was no conviction in her words. Her usual confidence was gone, replaced by a nervous, almost desperate energy.
“It’s over,” Harvey said, his voice. steady. “You‘ ve lied to us, manipulated. Sabrina, and caused nothing but pain. We won’t let you get away with it anymore.”
Savvy’s eyes darted around the room, searching for an escape, but there was nowhere to run. The truth had been
exposed, and there was no hiding from it now. She had tried to control everyone
around her, but in the end, it was her own

web of lies that had caught her.
As Nicolas and Harvey watched her, the realization settled in: Savvy’s reign of manipulation was finally coming to an end. Sabrina was free from her influence, and the road to healing had begun. But they knew it would take time. The damage had been done, and it would take all of them working together to rebuild the trust that
had been shattered.
Jayden sat at his desk, the weight of the day’s events pressing down on him. His gaze was fixed on the city lights outside the window, though his mind was far from peaceful. The engagement banquet had ended in chaos, and Savvy‘ s
manipulations had left him uneasy. He couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to the situation than what had been
revealed so far.
His thoughts were interrupted by the soft sound of footsteps approaching. The butler entered, his expression calm and

composed, as always.
“Sir, you requested to speak with me?” the butler asked, his tone respectful but neutral.
Jayden leaned back in his chair, rubbing his temples. “Yes, I’m growing weary of Nicolas and Harvey. They’ve been causing more trouble than I anticipated, and I don’t trust them. They‘ re not here for Sabrina s best interest–they’re holding onto something from the past, and it s clouding their judgment.”
The butler nodded, standing perfectly still.
“Understood, sir.”
“And then there‘ s Savvy,” Jayden continued, his voice growing colder.
“She’s playing a game with them, one
that I don’t fully understand yet, but I can feel it. Her motives aren’t pure. She’s been manipulating things behind the
scenes, and I won’t let her continue to do so.”

The butler remained silent for a moment, processing Jayden’s words.
“I want a team assigned to keep an eye on them, Jayden finally said. “Nicolas, Harvey, and Savvy. I want to know everything they’re up to–where they go, who they meet, what they say. If they plan anything against Sabrina or try to interfere with our lives, I want to know about it before they make a move.”
“Of course, sir,” the butler replied with a bow. “I will ensure that surveillance is set up immediately. You‘ ll be kept informed.”
Jayden‘ s eyes narrowed slightly, a hard edge to his voice. “Good. I won’t let anyone get in the way of Sabrina’s future. Not even the people she once trusted.”
As the butler turned to leave, Jayden‘ s gaze returned to the window. He was determined to protect Sabrina from whatever chaos those three might try to bring into her life. His own methods may

be unconventional, but he wasn’t afraid
to do whatever it took to secure her
happiness.
“Make sure this is done quietly,” Jayden added, his voice low. “I don’t want any of them to know they’re being watched. Let them think they’re still in control.”
With a final nod, the butler left, leaving Jayden alone with his thoughts. The game was changing, and Jayden was prepared to play his part–whatever it took.
