Chapter 11
When the Red Moon Pack came, they were full of confidence, but when they left, they did so with their tails between their legs.
Vivian looked at the gloomy Alpha Anderson, feeling a sense of unease. Unable to hold it in any longer, she finally asked, “Alpha Anderson, what’s wrong with you? You’ve been like this ever since that day. What happened?”

Not only was Alpha Anderson in a bad mood, but even Carol was hostile toward her, constantly calling her a bad woman, demanding she give back his mother, sometimes even throwing things at her.
Alpha Anderson glanced at her. “Where’s your pendant?”

Vivian’s expression faltered slightly. “I… I lost it by accident.”
Alpha Anderson’s gaze turned icy. “Did you truly lose it? Or did you return it to its rightful owner?”
Under his intense questioning, Vivian
admitted that she had found the pendant at the start, and that she wasn’t the one who had saved Alpha Anderson’s life.
Tears streamed down her face as she clung to Alpha Anderson.
“Even though I lied to you, Alpha Anderson, I do love you. We grew up together, our bond is so deep…”
Alpha Anderson let out a tortured cry, the wolf within him howling in agony.

“What have we done?”
He had pushed away his mate, causing her immense pain. All of this was the result of his own foolish actions.
Carol stood quietly by, watching it all unfold. His once bright face was now pale, as if he had lost his mind, muttering repeatedly, “My mom doesn’t want me anymore… It’s all my fault. How could I hurt the mom who once loved me so much?”
The Red Moon Pack was in complete disarray. Alpha Anderson drowned his sorrows in alcohol, abandoning all responsibilities. Vivian, unable to do anything but cry, was of no use. As for Carol, he had become an emotional wreck.
The surrounding packs began to isolate the

Red Moon Pack, cutting off communication.
After all, everyone knew that Alpha Anderson had offended the powerful Moon Eclipse Pack.
Alpha Alex, seeking to avenge me, declared that he would never cooperate with the Red Moon Pack again.
With Alpha Anderson’s inaction, many wolves within the pack began to leave, seeking survival in other packs.
What was once a thriving large pack had dwindled into a small one, its numbers shrinking to the old, weak, and ill.
By the time Alpha Anderson realized he needed to take action, it was already too late -the Red Moon Pack had collapsed.

One night, Vivian quietly left. It was said that Alpha Anderson, drunk, would lash out at her, cursing her for ruining his life.
No matter how Vivian pleaded or fought back, it was useless. Eventually, she couldn’t take it anymore and decided to leave, hoping to seek refuge in another pack.
But by then, the story of what happened between Alpha Anderson, Vivian, and me had already spread far and wide.
Other packs refused to take in such morally corrupt wolves, unwilling to risk offending me. They all expelled her without hesitation instead.
never expected Vivian to end up as a rogue.
The last person to see her described Vivian as being barely clothed, covered in wounds,

and almost out of her mind. She wandered, muttering that she was Alpha Anderson’s true savior and that they were meant to be together.
No one knew what she had gone through, but after that, she was never seen again.
Perhaps she died alone i
some forgotten corner, or maybe she was still out there, wandering in misery.
As for Alpha Anderson and Carol, their fate was no better.
Alpha Anderson, having failed in his leadership, finally faced discontent from the remaining pack members. During a rebellion, he fell and broke his leg, leaving him disabled and unfit to remain Alpha.
Carol, at such a young age, had to take on

the responsibility of caring for his father. He scavenged bottles or begged on the streets, struggling to feed himself and Anderson.
Living in such humiliation, life became unbearable for them both–worse than death
itself.
I heard all of this from Uncle Abraham, but it no longer concerned me.
In the vast garden of my magnificent castle, I sat with Aaron, reading. Aaron was a good child–kind–hearted and always willing to help others.
Aaron was the little boy who had once shown me kindness, and I adopted him.
One day, he would be the next Alpha of the Moon Eclipse Pack, following in my footsteps. Both my father and I would

ensure that he was well–prepared.
Not far away, a dirty, homeless–looking boy stood, quietly watching everything from a distance. Tears shimmered in his eyes.
All of this had once been his, but he had buried it with his own hands.
A strange feeling washed over me, and I looked up, gazing into the distance. But there was nothing there.
Aaron, noticing my gaze, asked with curiosity, “Mom, what’s wrong?”
I rubbed my eyes. “I think I saw Carol”
Upon hearing the name, Aaron immediately grew tense. He hesitated before speaking carefully, “If you miss him, Mom, we can bring Carol back. I’ll give up everything, just

please don’t abandon me.”
Aaron, being an orphan, valued family above all else. To him, I was everything.
I patted his head. “What are you thinking? I only have one son, and that’s you.”
。
Aaron beamed and hugged me tightly, his face lit with joy. “Mom, you’re the best Christmas gift the Moon Goddess ever gave me.”
I held him close, smiling. “And you’re mine.”
Though I no longer had Carol, I had found another child to love.
With the Moon Goddess watching over us, the torment of my past life would eventually fade away, and I would have a brighter, more brilliant future.
