They seemed like a family out on a leisurely trip, strolling around the Moon Eclipse Pack.
It didn’t take long for Alpha Anderson to notice my presence.

deeply, I felt nothing now. My heart was cold, indifferent.

Alpha Anderson noticed how magnificently I was dressed, a flash of astonishment in his eyes. “This is-”
“My God, Viya, have you become a kept woman, which is why you’re at the Moon Eclipse Pack now? The Moon Goddess will punish you for such an unclean act!” Vivian interrupted, her voice sharp.
Alpha Anderson’s expression instantly darkened, his disappointment clear. “Viya, I’m so disappointed in you! How could you lower yourself and become someone’s mistress?!”
Carol sneered in contempt. “As expected, you’re just a filthy Omega. Luckily, I’ve got a new mom now. And Mom Vivian is much better than you.”

Vivian wore a smug expression. “You don’t know this, do you? I know Abraham, the Beta here. This collaboration with the Moon Eclipse Pack? We’re definitely their first choice.”
“I’m nothing like some lowly Omega who contributes nothing to the pack, only ends up as someone’s mistress–what a disgrace.”
I let out a cold laugh. “Yes, you may not be a mistress, but you destroy a family. What’s the difference?”
Vivian’s eyes flared with rage. “You bitch! It’s because of your vile and despicable ways that you took my place! Otherwise, I would have been with Alpha Anderson long ago!”
Alpha Anderson furrowed his brow, looking troubled.

“You should apologize to Vivian right now. She’s kind and magnanimous, and she’ll forgive your disrespect. I know you came here to see me, but I have to meet with the successor Alpha of the Moon Eclipse Pack to discuss collaboration. I don’t have time to deal with you right now.”
Vivian’s eyes glinted with jealousy as she clung to Alpha Anderson’s arm.
“No, Alpha Anderson! She insulted me! She has to kneel and apologize!”
Alpha Anderson looked hesitant, but finally spoke, his voice reluctant. “Viya, I’m ordering you to apologize to Vivian and leave right away!”
I shook my head, a cold smile curling on my lips. “She’s not worth it.”

Alpha Anderson’s anger flared. “Viya, don’t push it. There are many influential people here. If you offend them, no one, not even me, will be able to protect you.”
It was laughable. He had never protected me before.
Abraham walked over, furrowing his brows. “What’s going on here? Why all the noise?”
Vivian shot me a look full of malice, then quickly walked over to Abraham.
“Uncle Abraham, this woman has offended me. Please, throw her out! Having someone like her in the Moon Eclipse Pack is an insult to this land.”
Abraham’s expression darkened. “Are you joking, Vivian? Miss Viya is our new Alpha successor. You want me to throw her out?”
